With her BCRPA certification and 3 years of advanced fitness training, Darby conducts this class with a well balanced blend of cardio, flexibility, strength training, and yoga. Darby will challenge you whether you are a beginner or seasoned athelete. This class is a kid friendly zone. If you would like to bring your child for your hour of training, there are childrens books and toys to keep them occupied. |
