Pro Fit Boot Camp takes fitness beyond work, we make it fun. From the start of the hour to the last second you are in your fat burning zone. Cardio is applied through the whole hour, through skipping, jumping, running exercises. Using your own body strength to start, developing body connection, body awareness, and a very strong CORE. (Core consists of centre line of body, from inner thighs, pelvic floor, central abdominals, diaphragm. We will teach you to use these all the time in class and through your daily life). Free weights are introduced, targeting mid-back, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, legs, glutes and deep extersors of your spine.
We give you the tools to correct posture and help joints remain stable, relaxed, supported and strong. Leaving the individual lean and toned. Strength ball training is instructed, which is encouraging the core to be engaged throughout the exercises, while continuing the cardio training and strength training.
