COVID-19 has changed how the world does business and interacts with each other in-person. As we prepare to resume operations and welcome you back to our facility, we want to reassure you that we are following the directions of the health authorities and the best practices developed for small businesses like ours.

We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our members and staff so all visitors to the gym must follow the COVID procedures. Our complete COVID-19 Policy and Procedures is listed below.

 

All visitors to our facility must be signed up for class

Drop in visitors will not be permitted in the facility.

Note that everyone must complete the COVID-19 Pre-Class Self Screening Form at least 3 hours prior to their scheduled class. The Form will be emailed to each member at time of registration. Please complete the Self-Screening Form and bring it with you to give to the trainer at the beginning of each class.  The form must be completed and shown to the trainer to be able to participate in the class.

 

 

Signing up for a class:

  1. Phone 604 619 0232 to register for the Indoor Classes. The 5:15 am phone registration will begin at 5:15 pm the night before.  We are allowing 9 member’s to register for the 5:15 am class.  The first 9 to call will be in the class.  Members are able to participate in no more than 3 classes/ week, until further notice and policies change.
  2. Fill out Pro Fit Boot Camp Self-Screening Assessment Form, at least 3 hours prior to class but no more than 12 hours prior (note: to reserve a spot for the 6:00 PM class, your Self- Assessment form must be completed no earlier than 6 AM the day of class up to 3 PM the afternoon before class).  The form will be emailed to you at time of registering for class. Please print or email the completed assessment form once completed.  A copy will need to be shown to the Trainer before the member will be allowed to participate in class.The Self-Screening Assessment Form must be filled out every class that a member participates in.
  3. If you answer yes to any of questions in the Self-Screening, Hamid or Kelly will contact you prior to your class. You will be asked to withdraw from your spot in class.
  4. Important Note: It is important to answer the questionnaire truthfully. If you answer yes to any question, you will be asked to stay home. While this may seem like an abundance of caution, our primary goal is to ensure that our gym remains a low-risk environment for staff and members.

 

At the gym:

  1. Do not bring extra items to the gym; only the minimum equipment needed to participate in class.  We ask you to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and towel.  Any important items to be kept to a minimum. (e.g purses, bags of accessories to be kept at home).
  2. The trainer will open the door and permit entry to the facility a maximum of 5 minutes to class start.
  3. Upon entry, hands must be washed with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds. 
  4. Head to your workout area as directed by the trainer. Ensure that you stay in this area unless otherwise directed by the trainer.
  5. Clean your equipment before and after workout with the cleaning supplies provided, practising good hand hygiene before and after cleaning.
  6. Follow directions of the trainer at all times and maintain minimum 2 m separation from others when not in your workout area.
  7. We will have an exit routine when leaving the gym.  We ask you to wait in your workout area until we give instructions on leaving.  There will not be opportunity to socialize within the gym, but socializing at a social distance can happen outside the gym when leaving.

5:15 AM          Previous Day at 5:15 pm no later than 2:15 AM the morning of class

6:00 PM         Morning of class, no earlier than 6 AM up to no later than 3 PM the afternoon before class.
